These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by N22 Chiropractic.
By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Us
N22 Chiropractic is operated by registered chiropractor Krisztina Tomoskozi.
All chiropractic services are provided in accordance with the standards set by the General Chiropractic Council (GCC).
2. Appointments
Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, email, or in person.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. We ask that you arrive on time to allow sufficient time for your consultation or treatment.
Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
3. Initial Consultation and Examination
An initial consultation includes a detailed case history, examination, and clinical assessment.
In some cases, treatment may be provided during the first appointment if clinically appropriate.
Recommendations regarding treatment will be discussed with you before care begins.
4. Informed Consent
Before treatment, we will explain:
- Our clinical findings
- Recommended treatment options
- Expected benefits
- Potential risks and side effects
- Alternative options where appropriate
You are free to ask questions and may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Online bookings are managed through Zanda. Where online card payment is enabled, payments are processed securely through Zanda's integration with Stripe.
Current fees are available on request and may be updated periodically.
6. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to the full appointment fee.
Missed appointments ("no-shows") may be charged at the full appointment fee.
We understand that emergencies occur and reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion.
